Issue happens in 1.2.1.1 not 1.2.0.81
If you running while trying to place a block it is so super fast you'll always place thousands of them (for example in creative mode)
Reproduce:
Move while...
Opening a door
Placing blocks
Using redstone mechanics like Levers
... or just interact with something
Expectation:
Doors (trap, "normals", fencegates etc.) would open or close just once per click
Just placing one block per click
Lever state will change to "true" or "false" once per click
PS: WHY you releasing this unpolished update so fast? Please never do this again...
PPS: Awaiting shaders to hopefully get away with that weird new lightning stuff you pushed (but that's an other issue)

I am having this issue on my desktop and (at least) one of my laptops, I had assumed my mouse was dying and had rebooted my PC twice. Minecraft Java edition does not exhibit the same behavior.
