[MCPE-26930] Realm Download error Stuck on syncing. Realm created on Xbox, downloaded to Win 10/android/ios

Very new Realm, size is only 13 meg.
World was created offline on Console Bedrock version and uploaded to Realm.

Downloaded a copy of my Realm onto my Windows 10 PC to create a local copy. This seem to complete successfully.

ISSUE: If i try to open the downloaded Realm file locally it goes to Syncing User data and just stays doing that. Note i have left if for over an hour and it keeps on the syncing screen.

I have tried to re-download and open download 2 times on My Windows 10 machine and see the same error each time.

Note if i download the Realm to Console Bedrock, the File Dowloads and can be opened successfully.

I am having this same issue trying to download a realm to iOS. I can access the realm fine if I am connected to the internet, but I am trying to create a local copy of the realm. I have made sure both versions of Minecraft are up to date, and I have attempted to copy the online realm about 7 times.

Please help. This is pretty frustrating. I bought a realm for this exact functionality.

I have the same issue with Win10 download. If you download the copy to your Xbox and close and reopen Minecraft does the copy disappear?

Bump on the escalation suggestion. I bought a realm for this reason, and the fact that I can't do it right now is really subbing me the wrong way.

Hi Jon, yes same I also have the other issue you mention of xbox downloaded copies dissappearing. I have upvoted for your open bug for that issue.

I am getting pretty sick of this. No response to the issue or any of the emails I’ve sent. I bought a realm for this functionality, and if you’re not going to provide it, I’m going to ask for my money back.

had the same issue also on win 10 and android but found if I deleted the cloud save files which there are 2 in the world save folder it loaded straight up on both platforms.

Alan, I’m on Xbox One and IOS, so I’m not sure if I have access to the same thing you’re talking about. Should I make a backup copy of my realm on my Xbox one and then delete the realm and replace it afterwards?

Well I reset the realm on my pc and RE replaced the realm with the copy i had originally downloaded and got working by deleting cloud sync files and could download it on my xbox with No issues. i had trouble the other way round (Had the world on my xbox and transfered that to the realm and transfered to pc) as xbox starting to lag badly. you could try to back them up but make sure they load correctly. I would assume your trying to do the same xbox to iOS ?.

This bug also happens on Android Minecraft.

I created a world on Xbox One (Bedrock) and uploaded it to Realms on Xbox One (Bedrock).
If I download it from Realms on my Android device (LG G6 on Verizon) and try to play it I get the never ending Syncing User Data message.
I am able to play it through Realms on Android.

Note: I am also able to upload the world I downloaded to my Android back to Realms and it works. (I got an unable to connect error for 5 minutes or so after uploading it when trying to play it on Realms.)

@Koolen Glenn, Can you update the Title and Devices field of this bug to not only be Windows 10? It sounds like maybe Xbox One worlds don't work on Win 10, Android, or iOS.
