happened multiple time where ill be flying in creative on my world and my game will literally crash into a black screen and shut my xbox off. not sure why and happens randomly , also on my transferred world id walk a certain distance and my game would just crash everytime I reached a certain block on my world.

Happens rarely, but I noticed more if trying to rapidly switch between worlds. converting, or trying to use the friends/ party systems.
which the game locking up the xbox one's main menu is another bug.
