Found a way to fix the bug. Need to go into the app data of minecraft and copy the base games behavior pack folder. Then replace the behavior pack folder in the server with the one from the app data. Worked for me anyways.

Eigther way something is messed up with the behavior pack folder for structures that comes with the bds software download.
Tested the bug with an ancient city. This was the error.

Problem is still in 1.20. I noticed that when going to were a new village should have been the server console listed an error.

I can confirm this issue. Its connected to the bedrock servers. In my case I don't even get the chance to see the structures. They just are not generating. The seed says there should be structures, but there not generating. Its more than just villages. Ancient cities, mansions, and all other vanilla structures also are not spawning on servers. When the worlds are local saves they work fine.

This is an update for what I found about this bug. The server only appears to throw this error when having a used map on person after traveling a decent distance or when coming into render distance with something like a village while having currently used map in the inventory.
Hope this helps to narrow the issue down.
Been getting this bug still in 1.19. Below is the general info it gives. I have noticed that the crash is most commonly triggered when mapping out or traveling a long distance. The crash tends to happen after 1000 to 3000 blocks are traveled. The crash chance is greatly increased when using elytra with fireworks, being every min or two. The crash is further increased when in old regions or near old mobs/villages. There have also been a few accounts where this bug wouldn't fully crash the server and simply freeze up the world around the player keeping the player from fully disconnecting and needing a server reboot to kick the player and fix the problem.

Still waiting for my world to be convertible. I sent the ticket before not long ago. Don't care if all the world didn't convert, just wish that the area with all the main builds wasn't messed up.
Wish there was a word about progress on fixing this bug and if a fix is around the corner or not.
My world has no change with this problem. Still have the Western portion and part of the center map not converting and generating new chunks.

The world is 358mb and ranges from transferring 150 to 176mb of the world only.

Happens rarely, but I noticed more if trying to rapidly switch between worlds. converting, or trying to use the friends/ party systems.
which the game locking up the xbox one's main menu is another bug.
My world to is broken, 358.9mb word won't transfer anything west of the center of the map. file size after ranges from 150 to 180mb. It also won't transfer other randomized chunk areas. Nether also won't convert.
All I can do is play on the old version till this is fixed sad to say.
This should have been a bigger priority along with the crashes and other more major bugs.
P.S. people stop raging over things you don't even know of the difficulty that is coding. A single spot in one line of code could be breaking everything.
I replaced the entire behavior packs folder in the server with the one from the vanilla files.
