I am making addons for skeletons that allow them to shoot from up to 100 blocks away. My addons used to work before 1.2.0, and now the skeletons will only shoot once every 20 seconds if the target is more than 20 blocks away and max_dist for nearest_attackable_taget is set greater than 20.
On my PC the skeletons appear to glitch when they find a target, pulling up their bow over and over without shooting, but after about 20 seconds they will shoot one arrow and then continue glitching.
Did you guys lock in the max distance skeletons can find a target for some reason?

I can reproduce this on Bedrock v1.17.40.
To reproduce:
Make a behaviour pack with entities/skeleton.json.Â
In "behavior.nearest_attackable_target": Edit "max_dist" for targeting the player to 35
When you get in range of 35 blocks, it will start glitching.
A similar thing happens with Zombies if you increase the "max_dist" to more than 35. They won't be glitchy but the distance seems to be capped at 35. Is this intended? Why is it not possible to increase the default "max_dist"?
