Hi there, since installing the Minecraft Better Together update on my Xbox One I have been having this strange glitch in which when I join a server I am able to play the game normally and and everything functions as usual for a round 15 seconds to a minute after that point my ability to break blocks disappears and I can't actually interact with anything there is no animation when I'm trying to play the blocks this happens on every single server not just one I have tested this by resetting my Internet router to see if somehow that was causing the issue but alas it is not then I contact with the XBox support team who advised me that I should reset my Mac code and then try again I did that and it worked for around 15 seconds and then the bike reappeared at which point I contacted the team again advised me I should clear all local saved data and then try again at which point I proceeded to do so and still the bug remain there then advised me to reset my console but the use the option to save all my games and data after deleting Minecraft and then once it comes up with reset install the game and try again at which point I did that loaded the game up and it worked again for around a minute or so and then the bug reappeared at which point I contacted the XBox support team for advisers no further help they can give me and I will have to contact the Mojang support team or will they use the term Minecraft biosphere this is how they were so please will be very much appreciated if you can dish it look into this issue I've been very looking forward to playing Minecraft From My Friends online.
Ps I was using the beta version of better together and there was no problem, then without downloading anything or any indication a download had taken place, the beta just turned into the full version, that is when I first noticed the issue and began all of the troubleshooting above, before that point I hadn't attempted servers with friends

Btw I know the post has some bits where the grammar is off or that bit that says "biosphere" for no apparent reason, I used the Google Voice typing feature on my phone haha!
This issue has now been reported on Xbox one and windows 10 as seen by one of the other comments on this post
I have now tested this with the Minecraft 1.2.2 update and this issue is still not resolved, this is game breaking can we please get an update on this soon?
How do we escalate issues on here? I have still heard nothing back and this has rendered the game unplayable for me following the update
I had the exact same symptoms, but if I tethered my phone and used my carrier data it worked fine, so I looked at my router and turned off the setting "Block malicious websites" and after that it worked again. there may be something about realm servers the router didn't like.

Unfortunately we don't accept issues related to External Servers here on the bug tracker, please contact the server owner directly. Please create a new ticket (following the Issue Guidelines) if you think this also affects multiplayer over Realms, LAN, or XBL.
