I don't see any glitches with it in 18w30b it's possible they fixed it but I am unsure of this

Ran into this issue... no idea what it's caused by but it is super annoying
just to confirm this happens in the Beta of 1.4(previous 1.3 beta) and 1.2.13
This happens to me too its to do with MC Windows 10 1.2.1
as far as I can tell... no, but it only happened in 1.13, not the snapshot 18w30b when I tried it
