We bought minecraft on Google Play but when we tried to download it it didnt work. We havent got an email from Minecraft but a reciept from Google Play that we have bought Minecraft and the money have been withdrawn.. When we tried to open minecraft we got "You dont seem to have a license for Minecraft. Make sure that you have downloaded and installed Minecraft from the store." What should we do?

Just to rule out a couple of issues, please try the following:
Make sure you are logged in to the same Google Play account you purchased the game through, then reinstall the game.
This is usually most successful when the games folders are reinstalled also, so if you wish, you can carry out the following also:
Backup your MinecraftWorlds folder (if you want to save your worlds) (Device storage > games > com.mojang > minecraftWorlds)
Uninstall Minecraft
Delete the com.mojang folder (Device storage > games > com.mojang)
Reinstall Minecraft
Run Minecraft and if it works restore your MinecraftWorlds folder
