Enderman are spawning at light levels well above 7 in the end.
I have lit the entire end (as I have done before) to create an enderman farm, and enderman are still spawning everywhere, even on blocks right next to torches.
They are NOT teleporting into the lit area (as is normal) but are SPAWNING in lit areas.

This is still happening! We’ve lit the entire end and they’re still spawning everywhere. It’s a really annoying glitch that needs to be fixed.
