This is still happening! We’ve lit the entire end and they’re still spawning everywhere. It’s a really annoying glitch that needs to be fixed.

I have experienced this as well while trying to drop sand into water. Release and press for every block.... so annoying.

Confirmed in survival. I have spent the last 2 days fishing with a luck of the sea 3 enchanted rod, I have caught every possible item 10 times over but no name tag.
