I play on Windows 10 PC and my friend plays on an iPad Air. We started playing together since a few years ago. After the big update, my friends suddenly can't join me anymore. We tried everything we could. We restarted our games, we signed in and out of our xbox accounts, and we even waited a couple of days. It's been about a week and she still can't join me. I don't know what to do. Does it have something to do with the big update?

Still experiencing this in 1.11, have been since around 1.8 or 1.7, it's been really long since I've been able to play with friends via xbox live.
