Upon dying by suffocation, Blaze will crash the game/server.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Enter a creative world.
2. Spawn a Blaze trapped in a 1x1x2 space using a spawn egg.
3. Using pistons, push a block into the Blaze's upper half.
The game/server will crash upon his inevitable demise.
NOTE: Change the difficulty to Peaceful to mitigate a crash upon returning to the world/server.
Tested both on Xbox One and Windows 10, in both Creative and Survival.

We are having the same issue in our realm. The owner of the realm has attempted to switch the game difficulty to peaceful to resolve the issue, and he was still unable to log in without the server crashing again. Copied below is the description from our initial bug report:
“I recently went idle for about twenty minutes at a blaze farm I had constructed in the nether on a friend's realm. Upon returning, I flipped a switch that activates a piston to contain the blazes, and the game crashed. Since then, I have been unable to rejoin the realm. I get the normal loading messages when attempting to join the realm, up until it reads, "Building terrain". At this point, I get an error message stating, "Disconnected from server".“
I would also add that the owner of the realm has entered the chunk in question and is also unable to log into the realm without it crashing after a few seconds.
I have this problem in a single user survival world. My old working blaze farm will now crash if I try to crush more than a couple of blaze at a time. The only way i could get the world to work again was by switching to peaceful to get rid of the blaze. I use a simple piston crusher on a timer that leaves them with 1 heart of health. Sometimes they take a bit of damage before they get to the crusher, so the piston may kill some of them. This is on Windows 10, v1.2.3.
If the blaze is killed by water damage, it will also cause a crash.
