I have a wood house with two rooms, separated by an oak door. Opening the door, causes extreme lag.

Wooden doors are special in that they can define villages, and there are several issues currently with lag in or near villages, so this might be related. However, doors only define villages if there is a villager near enough to detect them, and if one side has more sky access than the other within 5 blocks. How many of these doors do you have in your house? Do you have a villager nearby, either one you've trapped or one who lingers even outside? Does your ceiling have any transparent blocks (including stairs, slabs, carpets, etc.) to give sky access to the blocks below them?
A trapdoor to to get to the second floor a total of 3 Oak Wood doors,
Don’t know wut you mean by this, the second floor is incomplete, it doesn’t have a ceiling so yes, light is shining through the trapdoor.
I can’t see the villages right away, but if I walk quite a bit, I can find some. I think there are 4 villages total, no lingering villagers.
Oh, about the doors. Two of the doors is a double door, (2 side by side).
There were four, but everytime I opened the one separating the rooms, the game had huge frame rate drops.
So I destroyed it, it kept the major frame rate drops until I restarted the world. Hope this helps. Ask more questions if you need to.

What I meant was that a villager might see your house as being a village under the right conditions (6 or more doors within a certain area having more sky access within 5 blocks on one side). But since you don't have 6 doors, that is not the problem in this case.
This issue seems unrelated to other lag issues being reported recently. I will try to reproduce it for confirmation. If it's convenient, it could be helpful if you attached a picture or two of your house showing how the doors are placed and what part of the roof is open. If you've done more work on it, please indicate whether the lag has returned.
