Skeleton spawner not spawning

Hi,

Nu skeleton spawner that was woeling just fine doesn't work anymore.

• spawner appears empty, no skeleton inside

• fire shoots out as if about to spawn

• confirmed with 2 spawners in the same server

• in a realm

• tried every difficulty so not on peacefull

• stopped working after i accidentally removed a sign in my skeleton farm, i entered, put lights on the spawner and server disconnected. Achter that the spawner was

• confirmed also not working on same realm on Windows

• had everyone log out of the realm and log in

• moved away from the spawner, like 200 blocks

In conclusion, i am at a loss i dont know what to do.

I can say i am increasingly dissatisfied with mojang, not answering my Facebook questions, not fixing age old bugs. And not letting me use multiple platforms at the same time from the same account which i bought and paid for, but a different account is fine
