Having issues syncing a cloud save. I recently upgraded to an Xbox One X and wanted to play in my world. Find out when I try and log into Minecraft on the new Xbox, I am treated to the "Your other Xbox is taking a long time to sync to the cloud" message. I checked my other Xbox and I get in just fine. I see all 7 of my worlds. I go back to the new one, and still the same message. I've waited two days to see if the message would disappear to no avail. I've gone ahead and tried the "try again" and it immediately returns to the same prompt. I've gone ahead and did the other option, to find out only 4 of the 7 worlds even show up. The three missing ones, includes one of my larger saves.
I went ahead and looked at both Xbox's and found that I have two save files on the old box. I am not sure if this has anything to do with why things are not syncing correctly.

This is not a closed issue just very few people are finding where to report it to it is a very real and continue issue mostly affecting Xbox one Xbox one X sync, We have 2 Xbox one and 2 Xbox one x and are having same issue, getting message the Xbox is taking a long time to sync with cloud,, the main problem is going from Xbox one to Xbox one X, part of me wonders if this is the way to force us to pay monthly fees for realms,,,, I don't play cross-platform I just want to be able to switch between Xbox one consoles because sometimes other family members are using the console I have been playing on, I would've never switched if I knew I was going to lose that ability, so can someone please clarify if this is a bug or if this is the new reality for playing Minecraft on Xbox one
We (my wife and I) are having the same issue. Our save is 470mb. Been in contact with Microsoft support who suggested it might have something to do with being on the preview program and pointed us in the direction of forums.
Eager to receive some help on this devastating issue. Tears our running down our cheeks thinking we've wasted the last couple of months
