When I try to type in the chat for example saying Hello it would take at least 1-2 seconds just to type one letter. This was apparently resolved in 0.15 but it seems the bug may have came back. I am sorry I cannot post screenshot's as this is something you can't screenshot. This bug is killing me because I work on a third party server with a high traffic volume and I need to deal with banning players.
MORE CLEARLY: Chat is extremely slow, takes 1-2 seconds just to type one letter.

I notice that while I'm typing ahead, the letters appear on screen more rapidly, but when I stop they slow to 1-2 seconds per letter. As a workaround, you can type ahead and then just hold down the enter key until it catches up.
This problem also applies to signs and book and quills.
