I can not play on Xbox Live

I have 3 or 4 updates with this same problem: It turns out that I start Xbox Live session in the game and after a few seconds it gets stuck and I get out of it, I go back to Minecraft and I get back out after a few seconds, I tried to erase cache, data and uninstalling the game but still the same, I can only play if I turn off WiFi or my mobile data network when I enter, I hope and give me some help.
