Nametags are unable to be obtained from fishing or from any generated structure chests. Many hours of fishing and thousands of blocks explored have not yielded a single name tag. Please note as this may be significant, this was conducted on a *realm *hosted world.

This is a difficult one to prove, but amongst 6 - 7 players on my realm, all of which have fished collectively for hundreds of hours, and also explored almost every dungeon within our main map, I can confirm. We have not been able to locate a single tag. Could be bad luck I suppose, but it's comforting to know that someone else experiences this issue.
