They can't enter in my server, but I can enter on their.
It loads for a long time so a error message appears on the screen.
(It's the same for my PC server)

im also having this issue were on the same version hardwired with open nat they cant join me but i can join them
I have this problem too sometimes.
What i did is close Minecraft, reconnect network, then launch Minecraft again and connect. Problem solved (for me atleast)
