It happens just with SOME slot. When I try to put the the seed in the "unvalid seed slot" it don't Works, it does the animation but don't work.

I have occasionally had this (or a similar) issue. Seeds either won't go into the chest, or they won't stack. I have not been able to reproduce it reliably since it seems to go away after a time (or maybe a re-log).
