I found a stronghold in my world, but it doesn't seem to have a library. I would like to find one to get the paper and books. I believe all strongholds are supposed to have libraries, are they not?

Could be also that you won't find the library by just wandering around the empty halls. I recently had one where I had to do some mining to find an area of the stronghold that I wasn't able to locate before.

Strongholds won't spawn with libraries EVERY time but its very likely for one to contain a library, maybe search around in you world for another one, you'll get there.
