When I open Minecraft, if I maximize the window when the Mojang logo appears, everything seems correct, but after the logo there's just a white screen. Unmaximizing the window makes the game look correct again but when maximizing at any time the white screen reappears.
I've tried changing the graphics from NVidia to Intel and that seems to work, so it seems the issue may be from NVidia card, still, all my NVidia graphics are updated to the latest version, as well as Windows 10.

Just to be clear, when you maximize the window is it going to Fullscreen mode, so that the window title bar and the taskbar disappear until you move the mouse over them?
Also, what method are you using to maximize the window? You could be using the keyboard or the mouse, and there are several places you could do it for each.
However, this is probably a bug in your Nvidia drivers. If Nvidia has a support forum, you might want to check whether any other Minecraft players have reported the problem, and what the response was.
