No matter which Texture Pack I apply (except for the Vanilla texture) are Buggy and look like the one on the Photo. Even the Nature and City pack I bought from the store, even reinstalling them didn't work. Problems apply everywhere (Survival and Multiplayer). Lenovo Essential Tab3

First of all I'vem sorry, my English isn't Perfect. i still learning 😛
I never Downloaded a World or something, i almost play only Survival on my own World, the Bug appeared after the Update. I tried to delete every Single rexture pack then reinstall it. It's in all of my world's as well as on servers so I thought this may be a bug from the Update.
I didn't realize English was an effort for you. I'll try to use simpler language.
The texture pack bug I was talking about is from the update but it is not in the game. Some third-party creators used a trick to get 32x32 or 64x64 textures to work. The trick was not officially supported. (Officially, the game only supported 16x16.) For the coming 4K Update, Mojang has added support for high resolution textures, but their file format is different now. This broke the texture packs that use the trick. The packs must be updated to work in 1.2.10. Packs from the Marketplace, like Natural and City, have already been updated so you can keep those. Other high resolution packs must be removed until they are fixed. Mojang can't fix those because they don't own them.
I believe you have another texture pack that is broken. First try removing it from Global Resources. If that doesn't help, go into the world settings and look at the Resource Packs. Remove packs from the top part of the list. You must do this for each world.
If that still doesn't fix the problem, please try to attach a world so I can look at it.
Well i tried deleting Minecraft and all its Files, re-installed it and downloaded the Natural Texture Pack, nothing else. Different World this time but still the same Problem.
Taking a closer look at this ticket, it looks like a variation of MCPE-14169 but is not the same as you described this as happening all the time, not randomly.
I don't really see the connection, my Textures aren't swapped or something, if you look closely on the screenshots you can see that 1/4 of the Block has the right texture while the other 3/4 is blurred or so
Cannot confirm. I tried the Natural (not Nature), City, and Fantasy texture packs from the Store, and they all work fine for me.
I suspect the problem you're having is caused by a world-specific resource pack, but you've been testing other packs by adding them to Global Resources. World-specific packs are often installed with downloaded worlds. They take priority over Global Resources, so the world-specific one masks any packs you've added to Global Resources. That would explain why the ones you've been experimenting with all look the same. If this is causing your problem, the first thing to try is to download an updated copy of the world.
If you can't or would rather not re-download the world, there are other ways to eliminate a world-specific resource pack, even one that doesn't appear in the world settings under Resource Packs. Unfortunately, the procedure for doing so is more involved than we can get into on this site. (This site is only for reporting bugs; it's not a community help site.) I would recommend taking your issue to the #support channel on the Minecraft Discord. There are knowledgeable people there who can help you locate and remove the troublesome pack.
Please let us know either way whether the above suggestions solve your problem, so we can either close this ticket or handle this as a true bug.
