When a falling anvil hits the ground a second anvil spawns next to the anvil that hit the ground, then disappears. It is a real entity because I can’t place a block where the « phantom anvil » is.

I see something like what you're describing, but not exactly. What I see is the anvil land, disappear and reappear one block to the south, then disappear and reappear where it should be. However, I don't get any "phantom block" that persists afterward, and I can place a block where it appeared incorrectly.
This could be related to a disagreement between the client and the server on where the anvil should land. Maybe it only behaves the way you describe when the client and server are on different computers. Is this happening in a world you're joining, or one you're opening on the device that has the problem?
