I found stronghold in survival under village well but no end portal. I tried it in creative mode and eyes of ender found stronghold but not end portal. Is this a bug in windows 10 version or do all strongholds not have end portals?

This stronghold seems to only have an entrance and no portal.

In Minecraft, you can sometimes find strongholds under village wells. That was added in Minecraft 0.9.0 Alpha.
Now, for the portal not generating, I am pretty sure that is a glitch. I'm not part of Mojang so I can't do anything to fix it, but soon you'll get a respond from the Minecraft Staff.
