The lighting is so bad can you fix it ASAP because when mining it gets very dark and when you place a torche every 10 blocks it goes pitch black bring the lighting from the console edition to bedrock

Could not reproduce in 1.2.11.4 on Windows 10.
With your brightness turned up all the way, you should be able to see a tiny bit even with no light sources at all. This is what the end of an 11 block deep tunnel with a torch on the other end looks like on my system:

It's dim, but not pitch black. If yours looks similar to this, it's probably working correctly and the problem is just that you aren't used to it being darker than it was on Xbox One (Console Edition). In that case, you're asking for a change, which you can do on the Feedback site; this site is only for bug reports.
If it really is too dark to see anything at all, the problem could be a bug, but it could also be that because the Xbox One Edition was so bright, your monitor's brightness is turned way down to compensate. Check your monitor's brightness setting. You shouldn't have to run it all the way up, but it should probably be somewhere around 50-75%.
Let us know if that resolves your problem. If not, could you give us a screenshot in a tunnel, like mine, for comparison?

This is more of a feature request or a suggestion, as the brightness settings may differ from legacy console editions.
