I was trying to mine some bookshelfs with a Silk touch pickaxe, but the block didn't drop when destroyed, I log out and rejoin and it drop the item again, no change in config or nothing, it is the second time it happens, the first occur when trying to mine a gold ore.

Does this happen in single player or on realms?
Also, can you please confirm whether you have tile drops enabled? (A screenshot of the world options might be helpful, or if you have cheats enabled, use the command /gamerule dotiledrops and see if it is true or false.
