Every time I update MCPE on my iPad I lose everything I have purchased in the app, mashup packs, mine coins etc. Just befor the 1.2.14 update I bought some mashup packs again only to lose them the next time MCPE updated. I can't find a way of fixing it. I've lost a lot of money on this and I'm sick of it now! I love minecraft, so have put this down to a bug (that seriously needs fixing)! For the last five updates at least Mojang has done nothing to fix this, so I'm asking if anyone else has found a way to solve this? Before I give up!

However, this issue has been closed as a Duplicate of MCPE-32086.
Just a quick note - don't worry that this ticket says resolved - we are still working on fixing this issue, but it's easier to keep track of the issue in a single ticket, so please refer to MCPE-32086 for the latest details.
In the meantime, it would be a good idea to wait until this is fixed before making any more purchases - we will keep you updated in MCPE-32086.

SAME PROBLEM, April 8, 2018.
7 year old son has just lost well over $100 of his chore money on all the skins, worlds, texture packs etc that he has purchased over the past year! GONE in one stupid app update overnight. Someone help. I’m not letting you take this money away from a child. Never mind all his progress that has been lost! Or the minecoins balance that says 0!!! Very mad parent. Fix this- Because I won’t let it go.
