App crashes as soon as I click play. I can tap on settings and store without issue, but as soon as I tap play it shuts down immediately. Have tried force closing, turning off iPad and resetting iPad. Don't want to delete and reinstall as I will lose my worlds. Issue only affects this iPad model (iPad Pro, not the big one), older one with less memory still works, as well as an iPad Air. Just spent days waiting on a reply from support to be told they only do accounts and billing... hope I'm in the right place for some help because I can't play. Thank you.

it’s ridiculously hard to find where to get technical support for minecraft. Am I in the right place? It’s been days, still can’t play or even get someone to help? “support” took days to respond and then told me they only look after accounts... help!!
I see more recent bugs where people can still actually PLAY are being responded to. Can I get some support please or advice on where I need to go if not here? I’ve spent a lot of money on this game, the support could be called appalling if there actually was a way of getting some! not trying to be rude, just frustrated and helpless...

This may be an issue with the game loading all the worlds you have. This is for sure a bug. Maybe you should try is going into the settings and manually deleting some worlds from storage if you haven’t already tried that.
Ok, not the Xbox live account, same issue in airplane mode, crashes as soon as I hit play 😞
Would really like to be able to play, any other ideas?

Having same issue with 2 different worlds on my Ipad Pro. Seed 1474137368 will crash entire ga e as soon as I hit play. Seed -334399639, world will start to open for about 3 seconds and then entire game will crash. Does not happen if I start a new world. Which i have done and have been playing for months.
