Months later, still can’t use the app. Issue remains unresolved.  Any danger of someone helping?

Is there any point to logging an issue here? 5 days later, still can’t load a world on an app that has received a fair bit of money from me??? Anywhere else I can get help?

Ok, not the Xbox live account, same issue in airplane mode, crashes as soon as I hit play 😞
Would really like to be able to play, any other ideas?

Thanks for finally responding. I don’t have any add-ons as far as I know (I don’t know what they are). I found a YouTube tutorial to save my worlds, uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Could get in (yay), so I reloaded my worlds. Yay, it worked...for a minute. Went into one of my worlds without issue. Had a quick look around the world, all was as I left it! Put my computer away, settled down to play...and straight away I’m back to having the exact same problem. Despite being able to access initially, I now crash again as soon as I hit play. Help please, so disheartening. Could it be anything to do with my Xbox live account? It automatically logged me back into that...

Over 2 weeks since I posted, zero response, still can’t access the PAID app, no other way of contacting any kind of support. Unconscionable.

How about even the slightest indication you’ve bothered looking at this for starters? From there, maybe you can comment about whether you can replicate the issue? Or even just tell me to sod off?Pretty much anything? I still can’t play in case you’re wondering...

Thanks for trying to help Joshua, I really appreciate it. I hadn’t tried that but just deleted the worlds I was happy to let go of and unfortunately made no difference, still crashes immediately when I tap play. I honestly have no idea what to do now, can’t believe the complete lack of support from Mojang, terrible for an app that I’ve spent a decent amount of money on

I see more recent bugs where people can still actually PLAY are being responded to. Can I get some support please or advice on where I need to go if not here? I’ve spent a lot of money on this game, the support could be called appalling if there actually was a way of getting some! not trying to be rude, just frustrated and helpless...

it’s ridiculously hard to find where to get technical support for minecraft. Am I in the right place? It’s been days, still can’t play or even get someone to help? “support” took days to respond and then told me they only look after accounts... help!!
