Can’t launch any worlds - affecting 2 iPad models, 1 iPad unaffected

Is there any point to logging an issue here? 5 days later, still can’t load a world on an app that has received a fair bit of money from me??? Anywhere else I can get help?

Months later, still can’t use the app. Issue remains unresolved.  Any danger of someone helping?
