items disappear when you go close to them and you cant pick them up same with animals you cant kill them or tame them

I am having this same issue. I had a bunch of drops on one side of my deck. I went to pick them up and they moved to the other side.
I was starting to think the llama that hangs out by my home was some how doing it. Every time the llama would make a noise, the blocks would move.
I can't seem to pick up any drops.
I tried closing my game and going back in, but that did not help.
I am playing on Windows 10.

I have the same problem. When I pick an item up and drop it, It will disappear. I also can not break a block while visiting another player's land. I play on Xbox One.
