Can not access hotbar from inventory - Norse Mythology Mash-Up

Hi, I have the same issue as yours. Since I installed Norse mythology pack yesterday, I coundn't move items to hotbar from inventory any more. I'm using Android 8.0. But my friend who uses IPhone 8 doesn't have this issue(also Norse mythology pack). I don't know why

This is the same as MCPE-32326. Norse Mythology mash-up is not the issue. It's the underlying code for the Minecraft game itself. I've had this problem since the recent Experimental Play update. Crafting tables, anvil repair, and dispensers work normally. Items that go in furnaces, enchantment tables and brewing stands get stuck and won't come out. You can move items between chests but the hot bar doesn't work. You can't put armor on your character, etc.

I think this is the same as MCPE-31793. I'll include my comment from there to here as well:

iPhone 6, PE, load game works fine, load Norse Mythology and I'm no longer able to move items from inventory to hotbar. So can't build. Can delete blocks. Issue may be that I can't login as Member, when I try and tap Create to start a world, I get switched to Visitor. So intentionally go into settings and switch to Member, Create world, check settings and I'm now a Visitor.

I have the same problem on my Samsung Galaxy s7 and on my lenovo 4 tab 10 plus. But it works fine on the win10 app. I'm not on the beta and I'm not registered as visitor in the game.
