Water/lava above upside down slabs causes the drip particles to be created in midair

@Mega_Spud, why did you close this issue as Won't Fix?

Maybe its because there's no real point in fixing it since there are little to no players who would build with that setup. Also lava and water particles are supposed to drip at the bottom of the block.

Just got fixed in Java Edition, though, so maybe it's worth reopening.
