In Minecraft PE...
When using any texture pack, including ones you buy on Minecraft... Cocoa beans that are placed on trees seem to have a visual bug that makes them look almost triple their size.
Note that this does not happen when you play Minecraft without any texture packs...

So far, I've used the Cartoon Texture Pack from Minecraft, as well as the Faithful Texture Pack (not from Minecraft). Although I think this may be a problem that affects any texture pack.
