[MCPE-32692] Changes to active repeating command blocks are discarded when screen animations are enabled

Verification build 1.5.0.1 (win 10)

Summary:
With Screen Animations Enabled a active (or powered) repeating command_block can't change the command or other settings for the command_block (they revert back to previously set or previous command). While this works when Screen Animations is Disabled.

Steps to reproduce:

Make sure the setting screen animations is enabled
Gamemode creative, Cheats enabled, flat world
Give yourself a command_block and place it
Set the command_block to Repeat
Set it to always active (or continuously power the command block, needs redstone)
Example:
Use the command say test 1 (in the command block)
Close the command_block and observe the chat
Open the command_block and change the command to say test 2
Close the command_block and observe the chat, notice it still reads test 1
Open the command_block and observe that the command still has the command say test 1

THIS ISSUE IS SOLVED (Answer at bottom of Comments)

Command Blocks that are in the REPEAT setting are preventing me from Changing its settings or alter its command in any way once it has been activated. it shows the changes when i make them, but once i exit the Menu for the command block it just reverts back to the previous settings/command text. i am forced to destroy the repeating command block and re type it all and enter new settings to change it again

*UPDATED**
This issue only occurs when i load the world or realm on my xbox one. but it causes the issue to permanently be a part of that world file or realm after i have opened it through xbox. If i download the world from the Realm Settings menu through my windows 10 version, the downloaded version will no longer have the command block issue

I have also discovered that the Repeating Command block will prevent changes as long as it is Active rather than just set to Always Active. This issue persists even on Repeating Command blocks that are only activated through Redstone, but the difference between the two is that if i use Redstone to activate it, i just have to turn the redstone off to be able to make changes to the command block Text/Settings

its not a specific command. it is any command that exists.

Basically, in my Realm, if i activate a Repeating Command Block, i cannot change the Type,Status,Command,etc. because it will just revert back to whatever the Command blocks State/Command was when it was activated,

I run an RPG Server and i use thousands of commands. but i have never experienced this issue before

Most of my systems are ready for me to change the data when i update my Server content and now i cannot do that at all without destroying every command block i want to edit in order to have it accept the changes

This issue will even occur when there is no command present in the block, as long as i place it to ACTIVE, it will never let me alter its information again

The same world giving the issue works perfectly fine when it is not being used as my realm.

Just in case i didnt state this clearly earlier, this issue is ONLY when a Repeating Command Block has been set to Always Active. after that has been done, it will never allow changes to be made to it.

UPDATE
I have also discovered that if i want to enter commands using the UP or DOWN arrow keys to cycle through previous Commands i have entered in chat, it wont let me use the LEFT or RIGHT arrow keys or press ENTER for about 7 seconds after i cycle through a previous command

, sometimes when the COMMAND BLOCK issue occurs and i am attempting to turn it from an Active Repeater to an Active Impulse, it visually switches to the Impulse then a split second later it turns back into a Repeater

UPDATE
I have discovered that the Command Block issue is only present if i play the world as a Realm or from my Xbox Console. The exact same world works perfectly fine if i play it from the Windows 10 Edition.

When i Upload the working world file to my realm from the Windows 10 Version, the realm works fine with no command block issues of any kind, same for the local play of that file.. but when i access it through my Xbox One, the command blocks immediately form the issue and even when i go back to the realm on the windows 10 edition it will have the issue now too. so it seems that something involving the Xbox Version of it is corrupting or altering things in the files and corrupting them.

UPDATE
I have discovered that even though the command block issue occurs when i play it on my xbox or after i have accessed the realm with my xbox, i can download it onto my windows 10 version from the Realm Settings menu and it works fine. so for some reason, i am not able to use my xbox with that world or on that world as a realm... its not a file corruption because my Windows 10 minecraft plays the world fine with no command issue

I have discovered that this issue with Repeating Command blocks will occur even on a New World and on Different Accounts but only when i use it on my Xbox One, i have created numerous brand new worlds and placed a command block down in the state of Repeat and activated it, then attempting to change its text while it is active it will revert and not keep the changes i make to it.

I have FIXED the issue on my own. I did not need tens to hundred of employees to help fix it. as i am 1 person alone and did more than they could together APPARENTLY.

The Fix is this: When the Setting (Screen Animations) is turned on, the command blocks that are in ACTIVE setting and REPEAT State will not allow changes to its State or Text uness it is not active/destroyed and remade with new settings text

When the Screen Animations setting is OFF, i no longer recieve Any Command block issues. Thank you and if you ever need me to help fix minecraft issues, let me know because it seems that i am more dedicated to the game issues than any of you at Mojang or Microsoft.

We did try and reproduce the issue you were trying to describe, but were unable to. If you are able to add screenshots and clear steps to reproduce the bug it would be greatly appreciated, and helps us to understand the problem you are having.

Reopened the issue and confirmed it, updated the description. Keep in mind that the bugtracker is not a support platform. And a workaround is not a fix for the issue.

My issue is command is won't work, and it's not only affect repeating command block sometimes it doesn't execute the command in it. It doesn't matter if screen animation on or off. But you resolve my issue as duplicated in this issue. Why?
