[MCPE-32718] xbox one controller not working

I have a galaxy s7 edge phone and microsoft xbox one controller.The controller connects bluetooth but when I try to play minecraft pe it doesn't work.But when I start the game I can move around with the left stick and d-pad but the buttons,triggers,bumpers and the right stick don't do anything.

Have you tried remapping the controls in settings?

Yeah the buttons don't work there either when I try to remap them.

Try downloading the beta and see whether anything changed (don't forget to backup your maps first). I'm using the latest minecraft beta 1.2.20.2 and my controller is working fine

I download the game off of amazon app store so I don't think I can.
