When I mine any block it wont let me pick it up there is nothing on the ground and the only way for me to pick it up is take it from a chest mojang please fix this bug

I can confirm that this is also happening on Window's 10 edition. It makes the game really hard to play when you can't do any mining.

Dropped items just disappear when ever you go close to them. It's like the game is laughing at us.

Are there any specific ways to replicate this?
I play Win10 often and I've never had drops 'vanish' on me.
