The conduit cannot give the power when you are relaxed in one gap space. However, when you are swimming up a little bit in one gap space, I got the power again. Is this intended or is this a bug?
EDIT: In version 1.5.0.4. It is partially fixed. But the flowing water part is not fixed

The test for the Conduit Power effect is probably assuming the player is upright and testing the block above their feet instead of the one their head is in. In a 1x1 tunnel that block would be part of the tunnel, not water — unless they have just entered and their head is inside but their feet are still outside.
This is fixed for the most part, but the conduit power won't affect the player if they are in shallow flowing water unless they submerge their head entirely. (For reference, in the Java Edition just walking into flowing water will allow the conduit to affect the player)
Confirmed the issue see attached test world:
[media]The conduit status effect only activates when the player is in water with the head, possibly this is intentional behavior. But swimming (or staying still) in a 1x1 tunnel, causes the player to loose the status effect.
