I'm building an elytra launcher and every time I place the redstone torch that powers it the game crashes and the torch is gone when I get on so I can't finish it

However, this issue is a Duplicate of MCPE-33072.
I assume that in your elytra launcher placing the torch activates a piston that pushes a block. These are the conditions that cause MCPE-33072. If this doesn't explain your problem please comment to request that we reopen this ticket and provide enough information to allow us to reproduce your problem, such as screenshots of your launcher from all sides.
If you have additional information, please add it to that report.
