Since 1.2.13 I'm having graphics issues on the horizon on Windows 10 Edition running in Parallels. The horizon is repeating and keeping surrounding graphics (see screens), moving stars are resulting in lines.
OS: Windows 10 (10.0.16299) in Parallels (13.3.0) on Mac
There are reports of the same issue over at the Parallels forums: https://forum.parallels.com/threads/minecraft-for-windows-10-does-not-work-at-all.342636/

I got the tip that switching the Parallels graphics options to DirectX 9 solves the problem and it worked like a charm. See https://forum.parallels.com/threads/minecraft-for-windows-10-does-not-work-at-all.342636/
Don't mind the post that says that you have to create a new VM, for me it worked with an existing VM.
It might still be of interest for Mojang that there are some Parallels DirectX 10 issues.
