I am playing on xbox one. I was playing xbox live. The game disconnected, when I reconnected it asked for my login. My world was gone. Xbox support had be delete profile and restore, It gave me back an older version from 2 months ago. I have lost at least 80 hours of work between my wife and I. This happened in the afternoon on May 2nd. I have talked to xbox support and we have tried everything they know. They sent me to you. I tried Mojang support, they sent me back to xbox. It would be great to get my world restored to May 2nd.
If you look at this picture you can see a railroad that is not in my world now. In the top left hand area there is a house. All this is gone. The world should be much larger. It looks like the save from around Feb and not from May 2 when I was last playing.

Minecraft bedrock saves are broken on xbox one, I lost 6 months of building and hundreds of hours of work. You must NEVER reset your xbox one and NEVER move to another xbox as most saved games on bedrock DO NOT sync, and to make this worse you CAN NOT move or transfer yours saves to an external hard drive. I have written a bug report on this but I'm guessing moyang wont fix this and this issue is only going to grow as consoles get older and people migrate to newer machines, without their saves. I'm still incredibly annoyed and I have lost the will to do anything in this game as this is a game breaker. Nothing is safe which is stupid for a game not to be able to protect your saved games.

The world is named Laura's Lovely Land. Their are achievements showing from the game that could not have been done with the current world. Somewhere the world version I have been working on is saved I hope.
I would like to know what happened and if I can get this world back. I do not want to play again if the world will just keep disappearing. I have talked to 3 different people and I keep getting sent to someone else.
