Every game on a console is running in the background, only Minecraft bedrock will shut down when switched from the game to something else (e.g. Console settings). Really annoying!! Can’t run Spotify when playing without turning it off.

It's not just on Xbox One. It's on all platforms. When I minimalize this game on Windows 10, the game will be completely suspended and it's really annoying when that happens because it always ends up rerendering chunks unneccesarily or even disconnecting to the server I connected to.
I understand that it should be suspended on mobile phones, because their power is limited and that decision in fact helps with battery saving, but the stationary platforms (or even Switch) shouldn't be punished because of that limitation.
