Confirmed. Using the seed above I found the nearest villager, and obtained a woodland explorer map from a cartographer. Travelled to -26493, 67, 18249 and no woodland mansion could be found. Using the locate command then pointed to a (relatively) nearby mansion at -26408 ~ 19912.
