If you enter sneaking mode, then check your inventory and exit your inventory, you are no longer in sneaking mode. This is big problem when trying to eliminate lava. Getting more gravel to eliminate lava while in sneaking mode, then exit inventory and any movement can put you into the lava and you die.

Confirmed in MCPE beta 1.5 versions as well. Opening the inventory did not disable sneak mode before.

Confirming this behavior, in iOS and Android. Must be new, as I've never noticed it before 1.4 and took several unintended dives off of a cliff while building stairs before I figured out what was causing it.
