[MCPE-33808] My minecraft game won't let me play multi-player in beta

Whenever I try to join any game in the beta, the game keeps on saying "Could not connect to server" and it also does not say the reason why, please fix this multiplayer bug ASAP so I can join bedrock realms.
(also, it does not show my friends being online

You cannot join realms when you're in beta, they even give a warning in the changelogs about this.

Realms is unavailable when you are using a beta version.
Many servers may not support the beta version at this time.
You cannot connect to a player who is using the current stable version of Minecraft.
Please leave the beta through the Xbox Insider hub app to play with friends.
