Minecraft for Windows 10 : Switch pro controller not working as well

I was trying to use a nintendo switch pro controller for my Windows 10 : all buttons (A;B;X;Y;L;R;ZL;ZR;D-Pad arrows) work really good like a xbox360 controller, but for the analogic sticks, it's something else 😞...

The analogic sticks work a bit, but less than the buttons. I can't use them to walk, nor to sprint, nor to move my controller cursor, nor to move my head normally ❌ . Furthermore, their sensitivity is very, very, very slow.
