I dont know if its bug or something but its very difficult to pick a exact amount of stuff in chest....When I trying to get stuff like ingots(amount:64)and just pick a 20 it will take all of it....plss fix this issue

I also use pocket ui in my phone. This works for me. Press and hold the item in the chest, sometimes it is slow then press any slot in the other chest. The items no longer move automatically to the other chest, the player has to choose which slot the items will go.

I think that is intended. Pres and hold the item stack if you only want a certain amount, a green bar should appear above the item stack.
