The diamond hoe is missing from the creative inventory

Cannot confirm on Windows 10, using 1.4.2.0. For me, the diamond hoe shows up in all the places it should, including when I search using "diamond" or "hoe".

I believe this might be a texture pack issue. Does it occur with just the vanilla texture pack in use?
