Dogs (tamed wolves) unresponsive after world transfer to Bedrock on Switch

Dogs are unresponsive after world transfer from "Minecraft: Nintendo Switch Edition" to "Minecraft" (Bedrock codebase)

If the dog was sitting before transfer, it remains sitting and will not stand. If the dog was standing, it will run around doing its own thing and not follow you. You CAN feed and breed them, but even the puppy does not follow my sit command. When creating a new world, I am able to tame dogs like normal.

I’ve confirmed with others on the r/NintendoSwitch Discord that others are experiencing the same bug.

*One question: Am I OK to continue playing on Bedrock with the assumption that my dogs will be fixed? Or will I have to transfer the world again after this bug gets fixed?
